• Upgraded Wordpress to 2.8
• Updated all of the existing plugins
• Installed scripts for Google Analytics
• Added some social media bookmarking goodness
• Shunned the DiggBar
• Updated the blog roll
• And finally included some needed contact info in the site sidebar
